I'm kinda sad! This has been fun! :)

I've enjoyed watching hubby's growth and tracking its progress...

It's been cute to see him grooming and checking things out in the bathroom mirror... ;-)

Day 28... The Judging!!!

So today was the competition judging and.... (drum roll...)

Hubby Won!!!

YAY!!!!!!!!!

He won for 'Most Fitting' moustache.

The 5 categories were:
Best Cop-looking
Creepiest
Most Fitting
Best Dirt (ie-smallest or pencil 'stache)
Best In Show

Day 27... Best Laid Plans...

Well...

Hubby had decided to get a mullet today and we went to this little place close to home to get the new 'do...

Hubby, pre-haircut!

Hub was very specific with what he wanted... and the stylist still just wasn't getting it...

He left fairly frustrated cause not only did he not get a mullet, he got too much of a trim on the back... and it was 20.00 bucks down the tubes...

So we ran home and tried our best to fix the situation...

Unfortunately,

I can not cut hair! (See my face...)

Still no mullet...

We couldn't go back... we had to keep going...

So we did...

Yikes!

And this is what we came up with!!!

So the beginning of the end begins...

This Friday is THE day! The big competition and it is going down...

Hubby has been preparing and practicing his looks...

He has a very specific look he is trying to get down...

So today,

Hubby is cleaning up for their lunch time half-way mark check!

Everyone who's participating is getting together at lunch to have their picture taken for growth progress & status check.

As of tomorrow (half way thru the month), everyone's moustache has to be an island!

Totally independent of any other facial hair!

So beards must be disconnected from moustache to show a clear true moustache!
